I reciently purchased, installed and have been using the FastNet III for
my IIcx.  It is a standard Ethernet card and works wonderfully
(flawlessly).  It cost about 300 bucks or so from some mail order house.
 Look around.  Some place wanted 490 and 410 for the same bloody card. 
Some places will just rape you senseless.
