I am already familiar with PICT 2 format. Issue 1 of Develop tells me much of what I want; I think what I really need is a description of values other than 0 for the packType field, and any changes to the methods used to compress pictures. I'm also looking for a mention of what seems to be a new QuickDraw opcode of 009A.
