Upon booting a Mac 512k with System 4.1 and Finder 5.5 (the basic system, no added inits, fonts, or DAs) from a floppy, the computer shows the happy mac icon for about 1 second, ejects the disk, and displays the sad mac icon.  The numbers under the sad mac are 0F0064.  The same thing happens with basic Sys 6.0.4 and Finder 6.1.4.

Can someone send me a note explaining the sad mac code the possible problems I'm facing and some possible solutions.
