Some time back I posted a summary of responses I received about
extending monitor cables.  We made a monitor cable for a 320VGX system
that is approximately 250 feet long using Belden Plenum Coax #82241.
The image is quite acceptable.  Note that if you use this coax you
will need smaller connectors (20 Gauge) than with the typical RG-59
cable (23 Gauge).
