I have had many requests for a copy of this program.

I have attempted to arrange to place it on a server so that the network
is not clogged with 5 large files of interest to a minority. However, I
had not been able to contact the server administrator. I suspect that he
is away.

Since I too am about to depart for some weeks, I had decided to place the
files on the network. I apologize for this somewhat antisocial action:
there follow, probably in scrambled order, 6 files. One describes how
to collect and produce binaries for a TDS2 or TDS3. The other 5 files,
each around 25K long are 'booed' parts of the binary image.

Apologies again. Most of you should probably reach for the "d" key....
