I have just acquired copies of makeboo and deboo, and they do indeed seem to perform as described. Thus this seems a suitable way to distribute my DISPLAY TDS EXE for listing folded text. I gather that for those of you on JANET, you should be able to collect versions of makeboo and deboo from Lancaster if you do not have copies locally. I have the sources in C available: if need be please contact me for copies. The result of applying makeboo to DISPLAY.TOP is DISPLAY.BOO. Since DISPLAY.BOO is approximately 100K long, I have partitioned it into five files: DISPLAY1.BOO..DISPLAY5.BOO. When you have copies, you will need to use an plain ASCII editor to cut off any mail headers, and concatenate to reconstitute DISPLAY.BOO. I have included a "cut below this line" marker in each such file to aid this process. Please note that you will have to delete that marker even if you FTP to avoid headers. So:- collect copies of DISPLAY1.BOO..DISPLAY5.BOO; use an editor to remove any headers and marker lines and generate DISPLAY.BOO; run "deboo display.boo display.top" on an MSDOS machine. Run a TDS2 or TDS3, and [ENTER] DISPLAY.TOP. You should enter into folded documentation. Please let me know if there are any problems! Adrian Lawrence. MicroProcessor Unit, Oxford University.
