What I'm trying to do with the QIPL routines is to grab a frame from a video-camera/VCR into one buffer, process it, and display the results in a another buffer connected to a monitor (I do not want the original video image displayed.). It looks like this can be done using the Harlequin Engine software, but I'd rather use the QIPL if I can. OBTW, I'm using the 3L-C compiler with the QIPL.
