Can anyone tell me how the 2.3.1 development system has changed
from the 2.3.0+lng#085 ?  I suppose I'm really only interested in
the differences in the library.

In fact, it would be nice if SCO sold a small cheap package which
included only /usr/include + the 386 libraries for the hacker
community (who'd have access to gcc/gdb/emacs which is better than
msc/codeview anyway :-) but I guess I'm dreaming :-)
[ Actually, if they made that small subset an unsupported part of the OS
  distribution, (like adb is) that'd be even better but I think I'm in cloud
  cuckoo land now :-) ]
