I use SCO unix with a 386-33 machine 4 megs of ram and a 200 meg hd
What is the purpose of the CGI package? Why would I want it and how 
would I use it once I get it? 

Beyond this topic I would like to know where I can get a version
of GNU emacs in the bay area in BINARY form....
