What mouse driver did you choose when you installed Windows 3.0?  If I
remember the notes on the Logitech Bus mouse, you're supposed to set it
up as a MS mouse - which only has two buttons.  The driver only supports two.

If you set up a non-MS mouse driver, than this may not apply.
