I've been trying to use "x-new-display" function in the X-windows
implementation of GNU Emacs 18.55.  Using the function make Emacs claim
that the definition of "x-change-display" is void.  This is indeed true
-- I can't find the definition of "x-change-display" anywhere!

Is this a bug? Or something-to-be-implemented?  I apologize if this is in
a manual somewhere...but it'd be nice if I could use this!

Configuration: Sun SPARCstation-1+ running 4.1 with GNU Emacs 18.55.
