Message-ID: <123544@pyramid.pyramid.com> Date: 16 Aug 90 20:27:06 GMT Sender: daemon@pyramid.pyramid.com Lines: 11 I use X at work, and find it quite addicting :-) For this reason, I would like to have access to it at home also. I have a PC (286/12Mhz), a modem (V.32/V.42), and a will. Is there a way? I've seen lotsa stuff about Xserver on a PC, but none have referred to communicating over anything other than ethernet. The modem I have is capable of about 12Kbps using V.42 compression in V.32 (9600Bps, full duplex) mode, which seem to me to be capable of handling it, at least on a small scale. Does anyone have any information and or experience with this? Thanks, bob rfozard@pyramid.com
