I want to do the following:
1) I have an emacs running with an emacs-server. If the emacs is iconified
(or in the icon manager of twm) I want it to uniconify and raise when
*something happens*. For example, mail gets a window in emacs and now
I'd like the emacs to be there for me to use - even if it was iconified
and/or under other windows.
2) In a similar vein, I'd like to have xbiff raise when ever I get mail.
Are there resources to do this?
