If you are using UIL, do some tests to see how much of the application
startup time is spent in UIL/Mrm activities.  On the 1.0.A system
I have been using, the UIL/Mrm stuff that happens at application
start has a large detrimental effect on the startup time.  I hope
this has been improved in 1.1!
