I just got one, so I'm new at this, but have you tried turning
it off, pressing 1 2 3 4 5 6-chord and turning it on while
holding the chord?

Mine jammed on me, and I did an I-chord while powering up, not
realizing that I didn't have to use such a strong measure.  I
also just found out by scanning the print manual that Even after
I-chord at power-up you can still restore files.  'less I read
something wrong.
