Yes, I'm a fluent Braille reader, so you can send either Braille or tapes. I like both, so you can decide which is more conveinent for you. I really am glad I finally got my shells. For me, they have been great in lots of ways. I think they make things like interviews and first time meetings with people go smoother. I am now able to make eye contact with an interviewer for example, where as before, I wore dark glasses because my eyes were so scarred. Because I will be going into business for myself in the fall, I think having the shells will be of great benefit then too. I'll be constantly talking with prospective clients, and I just think that having the shells makes people feel more comfortable with me. I really enjoy wearing eye makeup now too, something I couldn't do before. By the way, who made your shells? I'm glad they are fitting comfortably for you also, I have heard so many people say they were SO uncomfortable to wear! Mine did take a few days to get used to, as my eyes were sensitive from all the fooling around with fitting the shells and all, but after a few days, they felt great! Well, do drop me a line soon. I don't know if I mentioned it, but I'm the mother of two girls, ages 4, and 8. They are little sweeties, (can drive me up the wall sometimes, but still cute). Bye for now, will chat again soon. -- Uucp: ..!{decvax,oliveb}!bunker!hcap!hnews!114!15.0!Barbara.Akin Internet: Barbara.Akin@p0.f15.n114.z1.fidonet.org
