Electric looks to me difficult. With a two- or fourstroke engine there are 
those trikes snd quads. I think that should serve your needs although not 
beeing nice to the environment. Maybe it is possible to rebuild a "normal" 
quad to an electric. (take an electric wheelchair and a quad and build one 
changing the engines)
