I would like to get some info about the advantages
and disadvantages of using the TELUS Expert SYstem for
CICS based applicatons on the IBM 370.

I would like to hear about good and bad experiences
and also about its performance record.

I would also welcome info on other Expert Systems
which have been developed for use in CICS/IBM environments.
I would like to hear about other Expert Systems which can
 be used for MIS Solutons and Knowledge Engineering Solutions
 for commercial applications in the IBM environments.
