The recently posted GNUDIFF2 contained only an .EXE file.  Can anyone tell
me where to find documentation for it?  

I had a similar problem with the DOSRCS package posted here too: the man
pages were for a unix version of it, and assumed I had a formatter (nroff?)
that could make them readable.  Does someone have docs that describe what
was actually posted, in a readable format?  Failing that, a list of the
differences between DOSRCS and Unix RCS?
