I'd guess the problem was that the modem connection is a 7-bit connection (e.g. even parity). I have that trouble, which is made even more vexing by the fact that DSZ supports 7-bit transfers, but the Unix end of the link doesn't. Does anyone know of a Unix version of Zmodem that will run under even parity? Duncan Murdoch
