Does anyone know where I can ftp the source to ms_sh1.6?
Will the sources be posted on c.b.i.p?

I thought the full source has been posted to comp.source.misc, but I
found only patch files (to bring v1.4 to v1.5 to v1.6, and couple of recent
patch files).  Was v1.4 ever released to the net, and if so, where can I
get a copy?  Thanks for any leads.
