I'd like to know if a copy of the CALS (Computer-Aided Acquisition and
Logistics Support) raster file format (MIL-STD-1840A) is available
on-line via FTP or a BBS.  If not, I'd like to know of a company that
might sell this document.
 
And along those lines I'd like to aquire any source code that defines
the format of a CALS raster file in a structure.
