I need the ability to model multiple processes as opposed to a discrete event simulation. What is the consensus of the Smalltalk and/or simulation groups of the suitablility of Smalltalk for USEFUL simulation analysis? Assuming Smalltalk is the correct platform, does Smalltalk-80 (ParcPlace) provide any additional features over Smalltalk V/286 (Digitalk) relative to simulation modeling? I am assuming Smalltalk-80 is "better" than Smalltalk V/286 but it also costs more. ---------------------------------------------------- Ed Korsberg E-mail: korsberg@aa.ab.com Allen Bradley phone: 313 998-2470 555 Brairwood Circle Ann Arbor, Mich 48104
