I have not been able to find a explanation on the use of Expires:
in the Header Edit screen. Is this a date only or can the hour be 
added? What is the format for the entry? What action happens to 
the message on the date? Can Filter use the entry?

I am giving a class the morning of the twenty-ninth so a quick 
reply would be of great help.
