I will plan to leave the specifics of any woprkitem list and terms of
reference to be developed by any IFIP WG .65 MMM Subgroup that might be
formed.  Your list looks like as good a place to strat the discussion as
any.  

It is not required that the discussion of terms of reference and work
items occur in this list.  I can imagine that some recipients might be
unhappy to be bothered weith it here, but for the moment we do not have
anotehr forum, so lets start here.  WE can always move if we overburden
the mmm-people list.
