Eric Allmans sendmail do mentions the $HOME/.mailcf file as a way for
an individual user to modify the behaviour of sendmail, but never
explains how or why one would do this (other than to mention putting
personalized headers into their mail).

Could someone explain to me what a .mailcf file might look like and
what, if anything, it might be good for?
