I've posted a very brief overview in another message, but the short of it is that I have 1.3 for the IBM-PC _and_ PH's collection agency on my back as a result of their inability to READ what they publish (THEIR registration card reads "Atari ST", yet they send diskettes for IBM-PCs). > > The moral of the story?
