There are some system calls and utilities in OSK, which understand it already:
most important the I$Del SVC.

You don't need to. I wrote a dcheck understanding links, called fsck.
I detected a bug some days ago, so I have to fix it before posting
fsck. Last week however a friend of mine working with hard links under
OSK told me the dcheck in OSK V2.31 works with hard links correctly.
