Distributed Systems: A Comprehensive Survey
by U. Borghoff and K. Nast-Kolb.

A 85 pages long report surveys about a hundred of
distributed file/operating systems and gives 389 references
to the literature. We know that a comprehensive survey could not be
complete and up-to-date. We offer apologies in advance for any
omissions that may exist.
