I have been making copies of papers (Amoeba, Plan 9) and UCSC technical reports
available from midgard.ucsc.edu for several months now.  This has been very
successful -- we have distributed literally thousands of copies (Amoeba and
Plan 9 have been VERY popular).

Since this has been so successful, I would like to encourage my colleagues to
do the same with their TRs and other non-copyrighted papers (I know that some
already do).

I'm volunteering to collect a list of papers that are available for anonymous
FTP.  Send your list to me, and I will keep an FTP'able list on midgard and I
will periodically post the list to comp.os.research.

I'd like the list to be of the form:
