We just upgraded a FastPath 3 to a FastPath 4, and NEARLY everything
works well.  We have one residual problem.  We use NCSA Telnet from
Macs and PCs on the LocalTalk side to UNIX machines on the Ethernet
side.  Telnet sessions are fine, but the ftp back the other way from
PCs won't initiate.  ftp is enabled.

Any ideas?
