I am justing finding out what TCP/IP is all about. If a *NIX machine is running TCP/IP at location A, and also location B, how does SLIP work between them. What is it purpose? If Location A is hooked to a ethernet could location B get to whatever applications that Location is doing via SLIP. Please email me some information concerning SLIP and the use, please. Thanks. -- V-Link Corporation | V-Link Sys Admin 1828 Darrow Drive |---------------------------------- Powell, OH 43065-9261 | Local : root (614)792-6363 | Remote: root@vlink01.UUCP
