Subject: How to obtain NCSA's telnet/ftp

I would like to know if NCSA's telnet/ftp software (lastest version) is
available on the net, and if not how I can obtain the lastest version.
I'm currently an old version, which I use alot, and would like to upgrade.
I'm also experiencing some problems using NCSA's software in Windows 3.0.
The problem arises when I do task switching and at some later time switch
back to my telnet session, it becomes frozen. I must exit out on telnet and
restart it. My system is a NEC 286 and using a 3COM 3C501 board. Any insight
would be appreciated. You can get my return path in the header.
