Now maybe you mean you called NORAD's dial-in line without a scrambler and did so eight times, trying to break in, but never suceeded. This seems like it could be a felony offense to me. But without more details, I'm not going to start calling the USA a freedomless country. (Not that I think we are not slowly loosing our freedoms.
