     Perhaps Rich would like to explain, become active, or look for a new
   moderator. This group has been a real pain, in that people keep sending
   mail saying "please turn on my feed for c.s.u, I'm STILL not getting
   it."

If you want to get your stuff posted promptly there are plenty of
ways.

comp.sources.misc comes to mind.  so also alt.sources.

there are a number of sites in the world what that are happy to
keep other people's code around for anonymous FTP or mail server
access; find those places by looking in comp.archives.
