Having been absent for a while, I am a little like a newcomer to the
net: I don't really know what Rich is doing for the net, and thus
am not sure why I should cut him some slack.

What is he doing? Is there anyone else WILLING and ABLE to take over
for him? 'coz unless there is, there's no use blaming Rich for doing
a poor job -- at least he is doing something.

If our mail situation were not so crazy here in Europe (we pay through
the nose both to receive and send mail) I'd be willing to get
involved, but my boss would not appreciate our e-mail bill going up
by a few 100%!
