People!  Please!  Give me some credit here!  It is NOT a problem with my 
disk quota!  I mean, come on... at least _imagine_ that I'm not that dumb... 
I am compiling it on what we refer to as my Temp disk - unlimited disk quota
(although if you have over 5000 blocks, they tend to get upset...).  Again,
I would NOT have asked if it were that simple.  I appreciate all the responses
so far ('cept for one) but unfortunately it's not a question of disk space.

Any other guesses?  Please?

I did check our Digital VAX Pascal manual, and there are no entries in the
Erros Appendix for the errors posted in my previous message.  Also, a few
of the Computing Services Center staff over here didn't have a clue as to
the problem either.
