I'm trying to compile ELVIS under SCO Xenix 2.3.2 and am finding
that there are 4 undefines symbols:
    o_warn
    U_line
    o_errorbells
    o_directory

These arent reported by ld but by the compiler as undefined symbols. What
type are these symbols and what ...h file do they belong in?
