I have some problems with local variables. I have to issue the following
command for CommonTeX to find all its files:

set TEXFONTS !tex:pk!tex:fonts
set TEXINPUTS !tex:inputs     
set TEXFORMATS !tex:texformats

However, set is no longer available under 2.0. I believe I should use
setenv now, but this doesn't work, either. If I use the old set, and
re-issue the command without parameters, I see that the variables are set;
however, CommonTex seems not to notice it. 
What do I have to do?
