   In article 1007.3.6049.1, Marcos Woehrmann is doing a survey on graphics
file formats.  Anyone converting files between computers or doing hybrid
programming, or using an Amiga at home and IBM or Mac at work might want
to respond to this.  The header is Image File Format Survey.  He wants to
invent a better mousetrap for graphics file conversion and is querying
people on which formats they need/want.
   I would personally like to see some ILBM/TIFF utilities and more EPS
utilities for the Amiga.  This would extend our ability to use the Amiga's
strong graphics hardware and software, then porting the final product to
other platforms, rather than having to create them on other systems with
fewer capabilities.
   He is planning this as a commercial product, so it would benefit us
to have Amiga file formats represented.  More people could purchase Amigas
to use at home or in a strictly Blue or Red office if they can demonstrate
data compatibility (a big plus when submitting major purchase orders).
   If you have graphics conversion needs, let him know.
