I'm asking this on behalf of some friends with no Usenet access:

Does anyone have some info about some ROM replacement for A2090 that allowed
the controller to use more than 8 heads with ST-506 drives?

A friend has an A2088 in his A2000 and has also installed a Quadram GTi-16b VGA
board. It does work fine, except that he haven't succeded in installing Windows 3,
it freezes after the startup screen. Older versions of Windows work fine.
