Sure, they're still at $f80000, but what Dave probably meant
to say was: You cannot make them reappear at location 0 (and
the special registers at $e8xxxx) without a _hard_ RESET
(i.e. you should not be able to enter the boot menu/monitor
after a CPU-generated RESET).
