Autoconfig Problems

This question may have been answered in the past, but I don't have access
to any of the archive sites.


Here goes:

  I have a 2000 (rev 4.2 motherboard) with the 1.2 ROMS and a 2090 ST506/scsi
  hard disk controller card.  This works just fine.

  When I add a Microbotics StarBoard2 (2 mB) with the Microbotics 2010 Zorro-I
  to A1000 interface card, the system does one of two things:

  a) if the 2090 is installed before the RAM the memory doesn't autoconfig.

  b) if the RAM is installed before the 2090 then the disk drive is not
     available.

     I am hoping that there is an easy solution to the problem.
