Have you checked that the jumpers on the disk drive's logic
board are also set correctly? The "jumper" program will show
you both the controller board (beware: there are a couple of
different versions of the Ompti controller) and the disk drive
logic boards. Also check that the drive has the ESDI cable
terminators installed.
