That was in the middle of June. I finally got a new one in the mail at the end of July. I hurriedly installed it, only to discover that it was hosed, DOA, thrashed, and altogether dead. So, I sent it back the next day, and after two more calls and three weeks, I haven't seen my TransWarp. This is really beginning to piss me off.
