I am in the need of a disk formatting routine (for 5.25" floppys) to be
used from within an Applesoft program on a 64k AppleII running ProDOS.
I know this routine is not included in the OS but something tells me it 
is available from Apple in one of its utilities for programmers.
Could somebody tell me how I can get a hold of such routine? Hopefully  
something I can BLOAD <filename> and then CALL <address> after setting up
some parameters I assume.
