I've been using a hard disk on my IIgs for over a year now...always under 
GS/OS.  I've since started booting from a floppy with kermit on it (and of 
course Prodos 8) as I find I spend a fair amount of time using my GS to 
tie into work via a modem.  Now for my question...

    How does Prodos 8 recognize my hard disk volumes?

    Do I need to have a specially formated partition?
