Gday all.. i have a problem running a Toshiba Scsi Hard Drive on my GS..

I am using the new Scsi DMA card.. and well i am baffled.

First it will work on Mac with no questions asked.. but as soon as i try it on
my GS it asks me to initialize it and then it goes away for a while and comes
back with a message saying coulnt format the drive

The drive is 142meg and it driving me nuts..i cannot get it to work..any help
would be appreciated.  Also if i try it on Prodos 8..eg Copy II+.. is says
there is no disk online.
