	I would like to know if anyone has experience with setting up
scrolling on the ST.  I'd like to set up a large (4-8 screens) area, and 
then scroll around in it in a user-controlled way, like in Eastern Front
1941, the old 8bit game.  If anyone has code fragments (in C preferably)
or suggestions, I would appreciate it.
