I asked a few days ago if anyone had a copy of an article posted a few
weeks ago.  The article was an excellent review of TOS 1.4, and I
would like to have a copy of the review as my TOS 1.4 will be arriving
early next week via UPS.  Nobody has responded yet.... :(

If anyone has that article or know of a site which has this great
review, could you please e-mail me the information?  I would really
appreciate it.
